In this key role, you will take responsibility for the strategic sourcing of critical commodity groups and work closely with engineering, production, and suppliers. Through your decisions, you will lay the foundation for innovation, quality, and long-term business success.

You take ownership of the strategic and operational management of key commodity groups and procurement processes
You shape and develop our supplier base with a long-term perspective, building strong and sustainable partnerships
You lead contract and commercial negotiations with national and international partners
You analyze procurement markets, business requirements, and supply chains, deriving effective strategies and measures from your insights
You identify optimization opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and supply security

What makes you a great fit

You have several years of experience in both strategic and operational procurement, ideally within the engineering, manufacturing, or machinery industry.
You combine strong technical understanding with sound business acumen and a keen interest in digitalization, ERP systems, and the use of AI in procurement.
You stand out through your excellent communication and negotiation skills, confidence in dealing with stakeholders, and ability to achieve results.
You work in a structured and independent manner, demonstrate initiative, and enjoy collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
